The mood is light yet refined. The scene invites beautiful yet distinctly different music. It changes depending on who is behind the counter. You will soon find that although all baristas are great, there is will be one that is more suited to your personality than the others. The Open Mics are well done but the artists are who make it happen. They are as brilliant as they are different to each other. They happen EVERY THURSDAY at 7.30 pm and are brought to you by Dingo the Clown from the Blood Sugar circus. Don't worry, he isn't a scary clown. He is a funny yet very sincere and polite clown. The live music we have is tasteful and engaging art. It isnt in-your-face noise. It is meant to bring comfort to your conversations and a smile to your mind. Come. Enjoy a cup of coffee. If it isn't the best coffee shop in Portland, then it must be the 2nd best!
